February 1st-7th marked Children's Mental Health week, Ms. Duggan and the junior and senior infants celebrated the event with great enthusiasm. Each day they participated in significant activities which stimulated and promoted positive mental health and well being. Below are a few samples of the work they completed. We saw some terrific entries throughout the school. Fair-play for all of your effort and enthusiasm. Congratulations to all of the boys and girls who participated in today's challenges. Check out the results and videos below to see how well everyone did. We hope everyone enjoys their pancakes today and we hope you all have a wonderful few days off. The winner from Junior Infants with an astonishing 80 jumps is Lorna Quinlan. Coming in at a fabulous 50 jumps in 2nd place is Morgan Quinn. The winner from Senior Infants with an incredible 65 jumps is Isaac Burke. Happy Valentine's Day from Junior and Senior InfantsJunior and senior infants have been very busy this week, they made beautiful Valentine pictures; rockets the listened to a gorgeous story from Jill Murphy. Take a look at the pictures of their Teddy Bear's picnic too. Junior and Senior infants most definitely sent a lot of love our way. Well done everyone!
This week Ms. Russel set a posture challenge for all of the boys and girls in STT. The staff were astounded at the boys and girls amazing posture and determination in their videos.
