Due to the severe weather alert, school is closed today and tomorrow. Grandparents day and World book day have been rescheduled. We hope that everyone stays safe over the coming days!

Grandparent’s day will take place on Thursday March 1st 2018. We will celebrate the day by having Mass in the school hall at 11.30a.m. There will be refreshments served in the hall after mass. We would be delighted if your grandparents could attend.
World Book day will take place on Friday March 2nd. Children are asked to dress up as their favourite book character. We look forward to seeing everyone’s favourite characters. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable midterm break. This week has been very busy in Scoil Teampall Toinne. We have celebrated Pancake Tuesday, St. Valentine’s Day and we received Ashes for Ash Wednesday. Check out the pictures on the homepage to see the infants and first and second enjoying their delicious pancakes. First-Sixth class also visited the church for Eucharistic Adoration.
Despite the snow and icy weather this morning, the tea and coffee at this morning's cake sale warmed everyone right up. The support received from all the parents and students was fantastic and much appreciated. All of the staff at Scoil Teampall Toinne would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped out. A large sum of money was raised and it will be put to great use from the chosen charity. Well done to Ms. Duggan and the Amber Flag committee for all their hard work and excellent organisation.
