Well done to Emily, Sadhbh, Aisling and Cathal for their terrific looking obstacle courses also. Finally, welcome to the world Baby Aisling, Rian did an amazing job introducing his little sister to his classmates. Hopefully everyone is making the most of your time at home!

Take a look at the videos below of the fourth class working hard at creating content for their Halloween Stories. They also worked in pairs and works to prepare for their projects on Japan. We're looking forward to seeing those!

Congratulations to all of the fourth class children who visited the varying classes yesterday. Each child read their story aloud for the younger classes.

4th Class-Animal Projects

​Ms. Keating’s fourth class learned about animal, their characteristics, class, habitats, diet etc. They presented their projects to various classes throughout the school. Keep up the good work 4th class!

2nd & 3rd Class Investigates

2nd and 3rd class explored around the grounds of the school this week. They went on a mini beast hunt and a nature walk. On their journey around the school they observed and recorded keys pieces of information. They photographed and learned the names of varying creatures. They also spotted the distinctive signs of Autumn. 

At the end of their exploration, they took a keen interest in the Old Boys School which they investigated as part of their History work. They recorded differences and similarities between the old school and our new school. They were very excited to recount memories their parents and grandparents had of attending the old school as well.
