Take a look at the amazing creations that 3rd and 4th class made last week for their Ballyporeen Bake off. Ms. Russel's class mixed up some spectacular treats as part of their online learning last week. Well done to everyone who participated. The winners creations are posted below. Congratulations to star baker Sadhbh O' Farrell who baked a scrumptious sweet cake in 3rd class. Sadhbh's attention to detail and pattern was just outstanding. Congratulations also to star baker Jack Purcell in 4th class who made an amazing Rolo Cheese cake. Jack also displayed tantalising talent in his presentation. Well done to both Jack and Sadhbh!
