Amber Flag-Mental Health Awareness Week

Our Local Yogi David visited our school today and taught the children a variety of seated yoga positions. David discussed the importance of deep breathing and using our body to stretch and move. He spoke to the children about bad feelings and how we can use breathing and yoga to feel change those feelings.
